Chicago, Illinois– The Art Institute of Chicago has reframed Rocky Coast by John Frederick Kensett (1816-1872), circa 1860. The painting was framed in a replica of an American frame from the 1850s with a quilted cove, a twig top rail and clusters of vine-like foliage at each corner.
